Shipping & Delivery Policy
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to customers across India, ensuring the highest level of responsiveness at all times.
1. Delivery Process
- Your order is thoroughly inspected to ensure it’s in perfect condition.
- Once passed through final quality check, it is securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
- If the courier cannot reach your address or deliver at a suitable time, they will contact you.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across all of India. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time, but are working to introduce it soon.
3. Delivery Charges
- A flat ₹50 shipping charge applies to all orders below ₹500.
- Orders above ₹500 enjoy free shipping.
- Grotich Shop may charge ₹80 per product and a maximum of ₹240 per order as delivery charge depending on seller and product logistics.
4. Delivery Time
- Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placement (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days.
- Maximum estimated delivery time may extend to 14 business days depending on your PIN code and item availability.
5. Order Tracking
- You will receive an email with the tracking number and courier partner name once your order is dispatched.
- You can track your package after 24 hours of dispatch.

6. Payment Methods
- Cash on Delivery (COD)

- Debit/Credit Cards
7. COD Availability
COD is available only in areas where our delivery partners support cash transactions. Availability can be confirmed at checkout by entering your PIN code.
8. Shipping Restricted Areas
- Check PIN code serviceability on the product page.
- Delivery depends on:
- Seller's shipping preferences
- Courier partner service in your area
- Legal restrictions (if any)
9. No Hidden Costs
- All listed product prices are final and inclusive of all taxes.
- Delivery charges are transparently shown at checkout.
10. Return of a Product
You may return a product if it’s defective, wrong, or missing. After initiating the return request, our team will guide you through the process.
11. Order Confirmation
You will receive an SMS/email confirming your order and shipment once it’s processed and dispatched.
12. Order Availability Status
- In Stock: Ready to ship based on PIN code.
- Available: The seller will procure after the order is placed.
- Pre-order: Yet-to-be-released items available for booking.
- Out-of-stock: Currently unavailable.
- Imported: Items sourced internationally.
- Temporarily Unavailable: Product is not available right now.
- Permanently Discontinued: Product is no longer produced or sold.
