princely state of Rajasthan (India), is emerging as a leading value-added supply
chain management in cumin producer IPM Organic food. The company is
aggressively propagating the technique of organic farming in the regions mainly
encompassing virgin landscape and is evolving as a reliable brand for organic
food.
I began my journey at S.K.N. College of Agri-Business Management, Jaipur, where I discovered the immense benefits of IPM, organic cumin, and value-added products. Inspired, I launched my own organic farm produce startup to double farmers' income through sustainable, pesticide-free agriculture.
Starting with 304 organic farmers in Barmer, Rajasthan, in 2020, we provided expert-led training in every village. Today, our network has grown to over 3,000 farmers practicing organic and IPM farming.
In 2024, we founded the Maru Laxmi Women Cumin Farmers Producer Organization (FPO) with 307 women farmers, empowering them with market access and self-sufficiency. They produce herbal sprays, neem oil, and vermicompost from farm waste, reducing input costs. Through hands-on training in sustainable techniques, we are creating a future where organic farming uplifts communities, preserves the environment, and ensures healthier food for all.
