have started my journey as a student of S.K.N. Agri Business Management. During the Bachelor degree I personally so impressed and understood the benefits of ipm, Organic cumin and Value Added product in our life. With this impulse of thought I have decided to start my own start up in organic sector.To gather more information about the idea, I meeted with Dr. A.K Gupta who is the incharge of SABI & They suggest to join agri incubation program from SKN-Agri business FROM Founder & CEO of Jikaka Incubator- Jobner, From where I learn different management skills to running a startup idea.in the beginning of 2020 I have started my own firm “Jikaka pvt ltd." with the clear picture and fix goal in my mind. the goal was to doubling farmers income by the value addition of cumin and production of imp, organic cumin which gives higher return in comparative to conventional production. We have started to visit local farmers and successfully registered organic 305 farmers & also registered imp 1407 farmers ,who were actually interested in organic, imp farming. .We started to organize imp, organic farming training programs to farmers in which we explained the benefits of imp, organic farming & value added products . We explained them the way we can do organic farming, the best organic farming practices. We organized practical sessions in which we created different organic pesticides, organic fertilizers and so on. With great efforts of my team we got a very positive response from farmers as well as from consumers that makes us largest organic agricultural commodities producer in India. Our mission is to serve organic healthy food to community, uplifting poor farmer's life and make them financial independent and persuading them to go organic farming. It's my vision to the farmer double income by production of organic IPM,& cumin value added product development. and reduce use of chemical and harmful pesticides and to save our earth, our health, our upcoming generation, the entire human kind.
